TERMS and CONDITIONS
For training
full payment is required on booking, no refund can be given should you decide not to do the course.
For Trips
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non refundable.
For Full Group Trips the balance of the price is payable on the date stated in the invoice, or if it is not stated therein,60 days prior to the month of the booking as detailed in your invoice.

Each person making a booking on behalf of another passenger, or group of passengers confirms that he/she has the authority of that passenger and that each such passenger agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you wish to cancel all or part of your diving holiday after your balance has been paid. GM Diving cannot (unless someone else is willing to take your place) refund your trip fee. We recommend you take out holiday insurance which should cover your expenses in this eventuality. For foreign travel, you must take out travel insurance, this must cover diving in the depth planned and provide cover for hyperbaric treatment and evacuation.
Any equipment hired for use on trips is used entirely at the hirers own risk and adequate insurance is recommended.

GM Diving can act as travel agents for any flights and accommodation. Bookings will be made with Flight Centre (UK) Ltd. ATOL 4267. IATA 91-2-1239 1. ABTA F6882
GM Diving are not tour operators.
